Sydney weather is hard on a house. Western sun bakes one wall while the southerly drives rain into another, and anything near the coast cops salt as well. A proper exterior repaint is as much about the prep and the right coating as it is about the colour. We treat the trouble spots, seal the surface, and finish in products built to hold their colour and protect the place for years.

We read the house before we quote it
Every exterior tells you where it is failing if you look. Peeling on the north and west, swelling at the bottom of boards, rust bleeding from nail heads, render that has lost its key. We walk the whole property, note the substrate and its condition, and build the prep into the quote so there are no surprises halfway up the scaffold.
Prep that earns the warranty
The coating is only as good as what it sits on. We pressure wash the lot to strip dirt, salt, chalk and mould, scrape and sand back failed paint, treat rust and any mould at the root, fill and seal gaps, and prime every bare or porous surface with the correct primer for that material. Skip this and even the best paint lets go in a few summers.
Right coating for weatherboard, render, fibro or brick
Timber wants a flexible coating that can move with the boards. Render and masonry want a breathable membrane that lets moisture escape rather than trapping it. Fibro and fibre cement want sealing and a low sheen finish. We match the system to the substrate and the exposure, then apply the right number of coats so the colour is solid and even from the street.
Trims, eaves, gutters, decks and fences
An exterior is more than the main walls. We bring the eaves, fascias, gutters, downpipes, window frames and the front door into the scheme so the whole property reads as one considered colour story. Decks and fences can be done at the same time, which is the most efficient way to lift the look of the place in one go.
