Luxe Effects is a painting studio in greater Sydney that has been at it since 2016. We are small on purpose, so the people who quote your job are the people who paint it. We get two things right above all else, the colour and the prep, because between them they decide how a home looks the day we leave and how it holds up for years after.

Our story
We started Luxe Effects in 2016 with a simple frustration. Too many repaints looked great for a season and tired soon after, and too many homeowners were sold a colour they never really got to see before the lids came off. We thought a painting business could do both of those things better, so we built one around them.
From the start we kept the studio small and the standard high. The crew you meet at the quote is the crew on your scaffold, which means nothing gets lost between the sales pitch and the brush. We spend real time on colour before we spend any time painting, and we never skip the prep to make a job look quick. That mix, careful colour and patient preparation, is the whole craft as far as we are concerned.
Years and a few hundred homes later, the approach has not changed. We still serve the greater Sydney region, still quote in writing, and still walk every finished job with the owner before we pack up. Most of our work now comes from people sending us down the road to a neighbour, which is the kind of review we are proudest of.
What we believe
These are not slogans on a van. They are the rules we actually run by, and the reason a Luxe Effects finish still looks like itself long after we have driven off.
Colour is the whole point, so we treat it like the craft it is. We bring samples to your home, look at them in your light at different times of day, and help you land on a colour you will still love in five years. No guessing off a tiny chip in the shop.

In BasaltDrop sheets over every floor, furniture moved or covered, edges cut clean, and a tidy up at the end of each day rather than just the end of the job. You should be able to live in the place while we work and barely know we were there.

We come to you, measure up, and talk colours. You get a fixed price in writing, not a vague range.
Wash, sand, fill, treat and prime. This is where a paint job is won or lost, so we do not rush it.
